FEAR is an emotion that affects every human being on this planet. In fact, it is one emotion that treats us equally regardless of our race, ethnicity, nationality or class. Yes, the intensity differs from person to person but the impact remains the same.

FEAR literally makes it difficult to get through your day. Here are some facts about FEAR (including Stress induced fear)and how it impacts people and organizations globally!

  1. According to a study by Glassdoor, the fear of falling behind is the number one reason people aren’t using their vacation time. (Glassdoor, 2018)
  2. More than half of the Indian workforce felt lonely at some point during the uncertainty, financial instability, and fear of the unknown. (Business Insider, 2020)
  3. 41 percent of Indians said that the lack of separation between their work and personal life negatively impacted their wellbeing and induced stress levels. (Microsoft Survey, 2020)
  4. 40% of employees experience persistent stress or excessive anxiety in their daily lives. Only 9% have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. (ADAA, 2020)
