The Year That Was (2020)
The Year That Was (2020)

2020 has been a year that has changed the way this world operates. I am no different – for me too this year has been a game changer. Upon reflection, I could think of these 8 crucial highlights of 2020 for me:

  1. Health scare – the year started with a health scare and I was shit scared. That ICU room still haunts me. That incident taught me to love myself and my family, it taught me to be present in the moment and have faith in my capabilities.
  2. Priorities – Health and Family became my top-most priorities.
  3. Strategic Alliances – professionally I collaborated with my “Soul tribe”. An alliance that would last for years to come.
  4. Stronger relationships – relationships with family, friends and the soul tribe became stronger
  5. Ground Zero approach – since Sep 2020 I stopped my marketing activities so there were no new clients. It was one of the toughest decision but had to be taken to make certain changes at the ground level. Because of this my anxiety was at its peak.
  6. YouTube Channel – 167+ users and still growing. My “Ground Zero approach” did not stop me from starting our YouTube channel and uploading videos every week. We now have a clear direction on the type of videos that need to be uploaded on our channel.
  7. Increased faith – phase from Aug 2020-Oct 2020 was the toughest phase personally but it made me a stronger person and increased my faith in the universe and my capabilities.
  8.  Change in focus – finally my decision of stopping my marketing activities yielded good results. I was able to get a clarity on the way forward. I am now ready to change our focus from Alternative Healing and Leadership Development to Holistic Wellness. More on this later (new name, logo and other details to be shared on Jan 15).

I have walked into 2021 with Hope, Faith and Clarity. I am ready to change tracks and shift gears.
