Bha. Po. Mitra!

Bha. Po is an acronym for ‘Bhavana Pohochlya’ and it literally means that you have understood the emotions of your friend and you know what the other person may be going through. (lit. translation of Bha. Po Mitra! = I Understand You My Friend!).

But in this context, we are only focusing on understanding our emotions. How often do we connect to our emotions? How do you connect to yourself or connect to your emotions?

Connecting to your emotions or to yourself is the best gift you can give to yourself. It simply means that you are moving towards accepting yourself for who you are. It also means that you are forging a deep connection with yourself!

Here is how you could forge a deep connection with yourself:

  1. Connect to your Emotions and Feelings – understand what’s happening within you!
  2. Listen to what your Body is trying to tell
  3. Decode the message your emotions are trying to give
  4. Go ahead and express your emotions
  5. Set Yourself Free

When you listen to what’s happening inside of you, when you listen to your body – you will break all the beliefs that may have held you back for long.

The only secret in staying connected is getting to know yourself first, understanding your capabilities and then lead a fulfilling and purposeful life. This will help you remain focused and move forward in the face of obstacles, challenges or stress.

So, the next time you feel drained, stressed or anxious, connect to yourself and say Bha. Po Mitra! (I Understand You My Friend!).
